  • Team Leader - Garden Maintenance

    Looking to take the next step in your gardening career? CMC Landscapes is seeking an experienced Maintenance Gardener to join our thriving teams in Brisbane, QLD.

    As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and working alongside a small team to deliver high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services at aged care facility sites. You will ensure work is completed efficiently, to a high standard and within deadlines. This role requires someone who can prioritise tasks effectively, manage time well, maintain strong organisation across multiple projects, lead and train a small, stable team of gardeners.

    You will work in small teams at various locations within 40km of Brisbane CBD. CMC Landscapes' depot is located at Hillcrest, 4118.
